Cancellation After the Deadline & Exceptional Cases:

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you are forced to cancel your reservation after the 3-day deadline, we regret that we will not be able to refund your deposit. However, in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other special circumstances, we will consider and support you in the most flexible way possible.

Change of Reservation Information:

You can absolutely change your reservation information such as arrival/departure dates, room type, or other special requests within 3 days before your check-in date. However, this change will depend on room availability at that time.We always try our best to meet all your requests to ensure your stay is perfect.

Deposit Refund:

In case you cancel your reservation within the allowed time frame, we will promptly refund your deposit (if any) through the original payment method. You will not have to worry about any hidden costs.
